Used this shop multiple times over the festive period. Been served by Rebecca everytime, she was always so lovely and helpful, remembered myself too and always asked how I was, etc. Lovely customer service and happy with products x
Called in today to choose a new watch that was going to be a belated birthday treat from my girlfriend. I was quickly greeted by Gem. Once I had pointed out what I was interested in, I was given the chance to try on the style of watch I had in mind. Nothing was too much trouble checking if the exact watch I had decided on was in stock. All in all, a real 5 star buying experience and a big thank you.
Use this store often, the staff are always polite and helpful. I have never felt pressured into buying anything. The staff have gone above and beyond in ordering items for me with no obligation to buy. They are knowledgeable about the products they stock. I would highly recommend this jewellers.

Beautiful jewellery store with lots of choice/varieties for all price ranges within reason. Staff very friendly & helpful. Our son who is autistic was made to feel very welcome regardless of his obvious quirks, he tried an amazing men's chunky type necklace which had a leather strap going through the chain, almost like a bike chain, stunning piece which he bought as he fell in love with it. Like I say, lots of different choice in style for men and women. The store is close to the town centre and across from vicar Lane shopping too which has it's own carpark with contact less to a point parking system.. The spaces are good sizing too. One of our favourite for parking.
I had exceptional service from Bex, she was very patient and engaged really well with my children. Gave us great advice and found a good solution for us. A credit to your business will definitely use you again!
I’ve used this jewellers on various occasions over the past year, including altering watch links, a new battery and a necklace repair. The ladies on customer service are always really pleasant, very helpful and efficient. The prices charged are also reasonable. I am happy to have found this shop and will continue to use their services.
