The Serpentine Lido Cafe at The Hyde Park, London is a perfect place to enjoy food and beverages on a visit to the Lake. They have indoor and outdoor seatings. We enjoyed their Beer and Aperol with chips on a bright sunny day watching the Serpentine Lake, the birds and people. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Amazing cafe with good scenery and atmosphere. A great bird watching place for bird lovers! I love this place the most in hyde park!
In serious need of oversight and leadership. Closing kitchen an hour before it’s suppose to, bar staff leaving bar unattended for 15 minutes at a time. Stick to your open times, loads of people going in at 5pm being told the kitchen is closed. This place could generate soo much more if they just ran it properly. When it first opened it was great, 2 years later, not the same….. slowly degrading, staff bare speak English, need to repeat orders. What a shame. Clear lack of leadership. Be better
We had such a memorable time at the Lido. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, creative, and cooked to perfection. Huge credit to the chef for the attention to detail and for crafting a menu that really impressed. The personalised service from Kassim, made us feel like VIPs. A must-visit if you’re in Hyde Park and want great food with a side of genuine hospitality.
Went here with some friends to chill. Beautiful scenery, nice picnic, and sun lounger .Get there early and pre book. I had a fantastic day. Has little gem bar and little play area up the stairs. Also has cafe to get bit to eat. Only down fall is toilets sit right next to resturant and woof of smell is awful, mixture of hot weather and frequency. THey need constant bleaching.
Cold water. Cold enough to make you appreciate the challenges the wildlings from the game of thrones face whilst washing in the snow .... Although without swords , dragons and John Snow... the views are pretty amazing though..
To swim as a guest of the club write in advance or come bearing baked goods as cakes and treats are much appreciated by the wardens.
Great personnel, awesome water with ducks joining in and couple of swimming miles behind me. Definitely coming back soon. 5 stars deserved.
Great place to swim, you get small lockers and I had an amazing view of the sculpture in the serpentine! The changing rooms are small and the water is from the lake so not the cleanest, but you get to swim with ducks!
