   Terrible experience the man serving in the shop came across very unhelpful and miserable. Obviously he could do with acquiring some better customer service etiquette in order to retain customers and not make people feel uncomfortable

   I’ve never had a pleasant experience here. The man who works here needs to go on a customer service course. Other staff members just as miserable. No manners and huffs and puffs rather than wanting to do his job and help. I’ll travel further away to avoid this place in future.

   Awful. The woman behind the counter couldn't be bothered to even speak when serving me, she pointed at the card reader when it was time to pay and gave no acknowledgement at all. Disgusting. The guy in the post office section was friendly, but the woman who usually works that section is unfriendly and often rude. Disappointing so I'll take my business elsewhere and recommend that others do too.
