   I came in last minute and filled a basket full of treats, yes sadly I was one of the those customers but I was desperate.. Well, at Checkout I was looked after by a lovely young lady Tina, and it’s primarily for her service I have left this review. Tina is a very pleasant and helpful young lady who deserves recognition, especially at the very end of her 10pm shift. She checked my items out, provided guidance on Vapes and encouraged my enrolment in the COOP card rewards scheme. Overall a nice experience thanks to Tina who manages finesse in friendliness, efficiency, knowledge and company policy/growth. Thanks Tina!

   CHECK YOUR CHANGE. Paid for some items with a fiver and asked for a receipt. She told me she put it through as a tenner and so the change given on the receipt would be incorrect. Didn't really think anything of it until I later discovered that the other fiver in my wallet was missing. In hindsight the interaction was strange. She avoided eye contact and I had to ask for the receipt twice as she immediately started serving the other customers. Let it slide as there was no way I could say with 100% certainty that it occurred. However, I recently filled up. The total came to £40.01. I handed £50 cash. Most places would just tell you to keep the tenner. However, this fella broke it and gave me change. Fair enough. I thought after the earlier incident I should check my change. Guess what, I was short changed by £3. I went in to confront him and he didn't even question it. Scammers. Refuse to buy anything from this Co-op.

   Used to pick up parcels from here (click and collect) as I work away alot but last few times the staff have been really rude and you can see the look on they faces when I mention I've a parcel to pick up from ebay, if they don't like the job they should go find another and not be so rude to a customer, I need parts deliverd to complete my job as a tradesman that's working so far away from home

   Renovated to a really good standard. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. There's no significant variety, but good for your ordinary shop and lots of options for lunch and an excellent frozen meal selection priced to match. Lots of cold wine and beer too.

   As with all co-ops its more expensive than the supermarkets, but thats the price you pay for conveinance, Staff are always very helpful, including personally delivering my partners purse to our home address after she left it in store and didnt realise. Since it was revamped the store is very clean and pretty well stocked. Costa Machine, Ice Cream and Fresh Orange juice machines all inside.

   The coop was refreshed about a year ago and is so much more modern. I think it’s one of the groups flagship stores. They have everything you could need for a full shop- although I would suggest the cost would be higher than perhaps Tesco. It’s really well laid out snd modern. There is also a cafe as part of the building. There are three types of checkout which was really useful- the self service, ones with a belt for a big shop and the kiosk (where you can buy lottery tickets etc). The staff have been friendly on my last few visits and it’s a lovely shop to walk around. There are also the little trolleys for children which I’m sure be fun for lots of little ones.

   Shiny and new co-op in Boley Park, Lichfield. Feels fresh and offers slightly increased ranges. A bit difficult to get about when glass door fronted fridges and freezers are open and it's busy. Patience needed. Nice to see mix of manned and self-service tills. Lovely friendly staff.
