From the moment I made my initial enquiry to the day I collected the van, the team went above and beyond. A special thank you to Matt and Chris, who made the whole process seamless. Their communication was clear, prompt, and professional throughout. What really impressed me was the personal touch — they even picked me up from the nearest train station to make collecting the vehicle as easy as possible. The van is exactly as described and I couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the service.    Just purchased a new Renault T range tractor unit from thompsons. John Robinson in sales has been outstanding throughout the whole process. Always plenty of time to answer any queries and after getting the truck still on hand which is very rare when you finish a deal. Jordan and Ben in service have been brilliant also with the service side of things. Would definitely recommend John and the guys at thompsons

   Can’t praise these guys at Thompson Commercials enough. While travelling up the M1, we had a wheel torque issue appear. From a quick Google search to find the nearest truck mechanics, to bring back on the road was a grand total of 10minutes and a very good price.    Took my horsebox in following issues with my battery and the need for a quick fix. Excellent service and I even took the box back in a few weeks later for a full service. Easy off the motorway drive although beware of the low bridge as you approach from the M1.

   I would recommend people stay well clear of this organisation. Nothing but excuses, nothing but missed deadlines of when a vehicle will be ready for collection and nothing but attitude from one of their staff members. In addition, two other vehicles of ours have come back out TWICE each with the same fault, unrectified and not entirely sure what the main problem is. I have dealt with lots of garages in my time including other franchised outlets and have to say this organisation will without question cost you more downtime and operating costs than any other around based on my personal and motor trade opinion. My personal advice is to Stay well clear. (but the choice is ultimately yours).
