First time going in, went to collect a parcel... lady was very nice, asked how I was and smilie... would use again for parcel pick ups
Just don’t use them for parcels. I’ve now had 4 out going parcels not scanned properly and now missing. The one lady really needs some lessons in attitude adjustment, she always acts like it’s beneath her to look for a parcel or scan one in, yet she’s paid to be there. Thankfully another lady is brilliant and I always ask if she will look and lo and behold the “missing” parcel is found. I’ve now sent a parcel only last night that isn’t showing on the system, I’m gonna just not use this shop for anything again.
Great little shop, the staff are always polite and helpful. I use this shop nearly every day. Thanks Co-op.

Granted some items cab be expensive but still a nice little shop and the staff are always polite and friendly. They always make me and my little one feel welcome

More staff than shoppers. Looks pretty but never has good prices. Even the offers can b found cheaper locally.
