Rude staff, very unfriendly, aggresive and not aware of the differences between what is classed as legal and illegal when it comes to filming. Not only that, they chased an innocent person down and were aggressive towards him, swearing at him all because he filmed a few nice watches. Shame. I'm sure lessons will be learnt. Bullies.
Rude owner and manager, approaches people on the streets and bullies them if they browse but do not buy. I recommend not visiting if you dont support bullying and harassment.
Check before visiting as the one on Division street in Sheffield appears to be permanently closed and has a to let sign on the window
The ring caught my eye in the window, not in my size so helpful ordered a new one explained the insurance in full with no pressure to buy. Very happy with the complete service
Popped in yesterday to look at a watch , the customer service is second to none. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the range I'm interested in . Nothing was too much trouble, it's great to know that you can get great customer service locally from local people,, ditch the retail parks and online shopping. We really do have everything in our doorstep,
Shoddy experience here. All smiles and coffee when you go in. I must be crazy. Had 2 poor experiences of bad customer service after purchase and like a mug went for a 3rd dose of them treating customers like a commodity instead of a valued customer. Went back as believed the speech that their stuff was quality. Since found out that shopping at Boodles, Tiffany or DeBeers is no more expensive BUT far superior quality.... and the staff at these are not as snooty and don’t speak down to you like at Greed and Benz.
Dreadful. Bought a watch for Christmas which I loved and took great care of it. Went to Italy in July and so altered it by an hour and the winder fell off. They will not repair it under warranty as they said it was accidental damage. Absolute rubbish. It was the first time I had need to change the hour hand and I was very careful. They don't deserve one star which is a shame because I thought they were reputable.
