   I went back to this store 2MS yardley as I came home opened a product which was full of mould grated cheese, so I went back to the store told the guy very calmly and softly as I didn't want other Customers to hear but instead I was spoken to very rudely and full of attitude, told me I am only the cashier here (yeah right it's a family run business)why u telling me we buy these products from so and so etc he started to raise his voice I was like mate am not even creating a scene I know u get them from whoever but at end of the day ur selling these products at ur store and I am just letting u know and am telling u nicely, but u was full of attitude and if you are only a cashier like u was saying why was u getting so worked up about it?? I wish had his name so I can name and shame him is that how 2Ms speak to there customers how awful, now because of this I will say Most of the items are always mouldy full of mould or out of date this wasn't the first time this has happened when I have purchased items but still I let it run in the pass but after the way he spoke to me today no way was I staying quiet and I wish I asked to speak to the manager and took photos for evidence, Definitely will not be going there again and will tell family and friends to clearly AVOID this place

   2M's Local is a 'local' brick and mortar store located just next to Swan Park, in the B25 area, local ammenities beyond the park would include Cyprus fish bar. 2M's Local is host to nearly every product you can imagine, from fresh fruit and vegetables to packaged and tin items, sweets including those that are discontinued such as 'zappers' and most any drink you can want. The store is thoughtfully laid out, with sections that are easy to look through and the store is constantly and consistently well stocked and well managed. Perhaps the cleanest store I have ever seen in the UK, much cleaner and well organised than large retailers such as Lidl, Asda, Tesco etc, infact it is cleaner and better put together than most waitrose. The customer service is top-notch, with clear, care and attentiveness being displayed by the staff, who are also knowledgable. The prices are very reasonable and it is very accessible. Definitely a merit to the local community here and doing a good job of providing excellent customer service and products.

   I have been using 2ms daily for several years now and not once have I had cause to bad mouth any of the staff! They have always been polite and helpful and sometimes going above and beyond with some of my requests. When family visit the shop with me, they always comment on how clean and tidy it is. Most things are reasonably priced and I especially love the special offers they frequently have. For a local shop I can't rate it high enough I feel lucky to have it on my doorstep. Keep up the good work lads!

   I've just bought a vape for 6 pound the brand is lost Mary lemon an lime. I travelled home in a taxi and took it out the box and it was completley empty I've looked for a number to call as I'm not travelling bk up to pay another 7 pound now I have no vape!!!!
