   Terrible service. Advertised on DHL delivery service as a drop off shop. Chose this option as I was at work. Got an email from DHL saying shop closed. Called DHL to see what was going on as opening hours say different. DHL told me he refused to accept delivery from driver. Not good. Why advertise as a DHL drop off shop if you not? or why not contact DHL and ask to be taken of there system if you don’t want to accept any of there parcels??

   Rudest shop owner ever!! Usually when you go to a corner shop they’re the best and you feel inclined to buy more, well not here! Whole family is rude as hell better off spending your money further down the road if you need anything. Simply wanted to use the pay point and because it didn’t benefit them they refused and the excuse was “your phone needs to be on light mode” funny enough it was and the shop down the road managed to scan this barcode that apparently wasn’t scannable lol don’t give them your money

   Nice and clean shop with a large selection of products, friendly staff too that always have a smile on their faces ETA: i hadnt been into this shop for a few weeks because i was ill and in hospital for a few days at one point, when i went back in i was asked by one of the women working there what had happened, they showed geniune concern and asked how im doing, it was the same after i fled a domestic situation and they were asking if i was okay and safe now. The staff working in this shop show real care for their customers and community.

   The "owner" of this shop is extremely rude and very unprofessional. He has started to refuse to accept parcels unless you purchase an item in his shop first. Unfortunately this is a franchise shop and one stop won't be able to do much, however avoid at any cost. Go somewhere where the staff are actually professional and polite. He shouldn't be behind the till.. horrible man. If I could leave zero stars I would.
