   Truly horrendous staff! ALWAYS ON A SMOKE BREAK AND NEVER ON THE SAME PLANET AS YOU ARE! These staff are completely incompetent, never paying attention to you, and never where they are meant to be. If you thought about paying in cash at this location, think again, the staff members are never behind the till, and straight up ignore you when you are waiting for them to come and serve you, they never show emotion other than annoyed when they actually need to do their job. I go here almost everyday and there is never a change, so disapointing.

   Staff keep closing the store 10 minutes before the actual closing time of 10pm. I knocked on the window and they made eye contact with me but continued to ignore me. The two young staff members that worked there , just talked to each other on their headsets and went to the back of store so they wouldn’t see me. This is an everyday occurrence. The store closing time is 10PM! Not 9:50 ! I will be calling head office

   The cashier was super rude when I asked for the receipt after I paid and he started lecturing me about how I should’ve asked for it before making the payment.He just assumed I don’t speak English and made it seemed like it was my fault and personally I find this behaviour very racist.

   When you can find staff in the store, they are friendly and helpful - but good luck finding any, especially during non busy periods. Several times I have been in and there has been no one at the tills, self-service, or anywhere else about the store. None of the self service tills take cash so it is basically impossible to pay by cash if there is no one at the till. Items are often price marked incorrectly and this store really does not seem to be managed well, or at all. The bakery is very good, but for everything else you’re better off going up the hill to the tesco or sainsburys - a lot cheaper too!

   Stale sandwiches and stale "fresh food" in general, Unavailable items all the time (I guess they replenish shelves once a week on Mondays, Middle-age way of recording the item availability might play a role.) And expensive! This company is an embarrassment for coop movement
