   **updated for the store's response I always tend to give 2nd and 3rd chances The blasé off hand response tells me that if spar went the way of Wilkos then there are worse things to contend with. However I do like the friendly outlets, so keep up the good work elsewhere!** ** Other spars are better. I don't go to have my smartphone with all my personal and valuable details yanked out of my hand, and in the process have my arm raised into the 'protective plastic shield'. Territorial army may want some more fine upstanding recruits.
