   An amazing local jewellers. I designed an engagement ring with the support of Laura and she was SO kind and helpful. She advised and supported me throughout the whole process and helped me create the perfect ring. We've since gone back to choose wedding rings and they've been brilliant. Everyone in the shop is so lovely and really kindly support you with any decisions. 100% recommend :)

   We had an absolutely phenomenal experience getting our custom engagement ring! Before visiting this store, we had looked at several others, but from the moment we met Laura at the front desk, it was clear she was exceptional. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the custom ring process, but she also asked thoughtful questions before drafting the first design. This made us feel confident in her abilities and reassured that she truly understood what we were looking for. On top of that, she was genuinely friendly and welcoming. When the first draft came in, Laura professionally guided us through modifications so that the ring perfectly matched my partner’s vision. Finally, once it was ready, she meticulously went over the sizing and fit to ensure everything was perfect. Overall, the entire experience was beyond our expectations. Laura’s expertise, professionalism, and warmth made this process truly special. We couldn’t recommend them more!

   Came to this jewellers after being recommended to me by a family member. I have looking at a gentleman's bracelet to which Edward James is a stockist of and the service was quite honestly amazing. I was served by Kayleigh who was extremely accommodating, friendly and very knowledgeable in regard to the item and various different combinations and customisations available. My experience was great and with fantastic personal service. I really enjoyed the whole process. Being a guy, jewellery stores are not my usual destination of choice but I would highly HIGHLY recommend the team at Edward James. Since placing the order, the updates and responses to emails have been extremely efficient, and as I live in London not Sheffield, the team have been so flexible with me organising for family to collect my purchase. If you are after a personal service that makes you feel important and special where you are given the confidence the team will take care of you then Edward James is place to go.

   To my shame, l am only just getting round to submitting this review, some five (?) months after James worked his magic on an eternity ring design to match my seventies engagement ring. His advice was so helpful all the way through, and he helped me refine my initial design and avoided some pitfalls that l hadn’t thought about. I am thrilled with it. I also had the stones in my engagement ring replaced to match (they were 45 years old and were feeling their age!), and at some point l shall return to have them set in a matching ring to wear on my other hand. Or maybe some earrings. I haven’t decided yet, but when the time comes l know that James will be there to help me through the process.

With their help, I decided to have a platinum band and a diamond added (my first diamond). This was to celebrate my 30th wedding anniversary, and I bought my original ring from Edward James too.
