   Staff rude and completely incompetent. Offers never correspond and staff ignore your existence! Never a staff member when you need one! I absolutely avoid this store, SPAR and Midlands Co-op are a better choice, and deserve the custom far more!

   Ordered on uber eats. They’re not answering there phones so I can cancel it, they said they didnt have half the things I ordered too. Charged me £11 for Fanta. Absolute joke

   Nice little store which is always well stocked and tidy. Not necessarily the store's fault (it's head office that decides the range) but the choice of plant based foods is pretty poor. There is no tofu (an absolute PB staple) and no mince (they choose to list Quorn mince, which is not vegan). Other than that, friendly staff, a couple of quick self-serve tills and a useful post-office. Often parking is busy just outside though.

   never has what you want on the shelves, everytime i go in for something including milk, eggs or bread its never on shelves i always have to ask staff to get it out of the back. very frustrating, all through the lockdown i tried ringing to see what time they shut through lockdown but no answer after 30+ times, i went down there during lockdown on a saturday night & they were shut & it was only 7,45pm, & it said it will shut at 7.30pm during lockdown on the door, point is if they would of just answered the damn phone then i would of found that out the easy way, a very frustrating place to deal with. but iys still better than the spar over the road.

   Why are the staff so rude? Saturday morning 8pm, its not too early, but couldn't say one word and constantly yawning. Extremely poor customer service, which hasn't been addressed, even with similar reviews from other customers. Never again, fed up with such poor service

   The worst experience today whilst using the post office. Whilst I understand there are rules in place, there is no need for the level of aggressiveness received from Jan to all customers in store today. All customers were stood on the designated markers, and were shouted at to move away from each other, which we did. If you stepped out of place you felt the wrath of ‘Jan’ who I presume was a ‘manager’. Everyone felt uncomfortable and you could see it. No Jan, you are not ‘saving lives’ like you so loudly stated to everyone, you’re just being unnecessarily rude. You can use as many please and thank yous as you like but the tone and volume you used today was enough to put anyone coming back to the store. Characteristics of an awful manager.

   Excellent convenient community spirited store. Fresh bread and good prices. Honest and friendly. My wife left her purse there last night, and there it was this morning. No need to cancel cards n stuff. Champion! Staff wouldn't take a cash reward, so we left some chocs and bickies for staff room. Very impressed.
