   Terrible experience with Crowne Plaza staff: lessons were canceled without notice, schedules changed abruptly, and incorrect information was given. I was initially denied a refund for their mistake and only received it after threatening to complain.

   I would highly recommend Joel as your swimming instructor. I had no previous experience but a few lessons from Joel gave me the confidence to swim and float in water. He joins in the water, does demos ans never hesitate to repeat steps and clearing doubts. Never regreted about my decision to take the swimming lessons in my 30s with Swim now and I was very lucky to get Joel as my instructor.

   Swim Now has been a fantastic service and Joel has been excellent in helping my daughter gain confidence in the water and teaching her how to swim in a calm and patient manner. I have been very pleased with the progress I have seen in such a short space of time and really feel that Joel has made a massive difference in helping my daughter feel happy and safe whilst swimming. I would thoroughly recommend Joel and the Swim Now team and I’m very happy with the support and praise my daughter has received.

   Currently still taking lessons but I’ve made huge amounts of improvement in such a small length of time. Isabel is an excellent teacher! She explains everything in an easy to understand way and is very patient and reassuring. The feedback she gives is clear and has helped me make the changes I have in such a short length of time. Calling to book the lessons and understand more about the program was simple and informative. Multiple payment plan options available depending on level, amount of lessons you wish to take, etc. Admittedly it is more expensive compared to swimming classes in large groups. But you pay for what you get and in this instance every penny proves it’s worth. Quality lessons to learning a skill for life! The place the lessons take place (living well gym within Hilton hotel Leeds) is nice too. Small but not cramped. Because it’s within a hotel you can expect the pool to be reasonably quiet, especially compared to a lot of other sports and fitness centres. It’s in an easy to access location from all modes of transport: train station 3 min walk just behind it, bus stops close by, car park available for hotel (I personally haven’t used this so I’m not sure if it’s available for people only using the pool. On street free parking available near bridge water place (4-5 min walk away) in the evening though!) One of the best things I’ve ever done for myself!

   Sam is my son’s swimming teacher. My son is 6 and was a bit nervous before the first lesson, but Sam is really friendly and soon put my son at ease. The lessons are fun but also constructive and my son has come a long way in a really short space of time! I’ve been really impressed by the quality of the swimming lessons and the progress my son has made.
