   I have been customer for more than five years recently, Bought Lottery ticket, I went to the shop to find out if I want anything I’ll give my ticket to Shelly he told me you won £5. I told him give me one lottery ticket and He never gave me change so I thought maybe give me £5 lottery couple of days later when I check the lottery it was only one number. I told my partner lottery is going very expensive. I just paid £5 for this lottery. She told me got ripped off. I went back to the shop there was other people working at the shop. I asked him he said no you’re supposed to get a change. how come you never give you a change? I said to them, I don’t know why he never gave me a change. I didn’t wanna do too much drama. They’ve lost our respect. So greedy people not only that. I’ve also noticed. All stuff in the shop they’re selling. They should be same price as Tesco, but they put price up. Be carefully whenever you visit our shop Me myself, I will never put my feet in the shop again Greedy people and multi millionaire and still is not enough for them

   The old tea bag thinks his all that, has no manner on how to speak to customer's if I could i would give him a - just looking at how he responds to negative feedback, says it all!!!!! I would recommend going down the road shop has the best deals and lovely customer service Olton

   Went I to post a parcel they took one parcel but not the other one so I'd had to go else where very rude him and his wife and both have now band me from the shop but luckily the post office in Acocks green took the parcel that they didn't take for me as it had the right post code on it but all they did was refused it The person in charge of the post in this store is so rude and impolite. He does not know how to deal gently with customers that have atisum If not for and my post that I care for, have heard from me what he deserves. I don't recommend sending post through him and definitely will never send post from there any more!

   Used the shop pretty much daily, this will now stop as charged £14.30 for a packet of cigarettes that are £11.95 at the next closest one stop. When I rang customer services I was told they can charge what they want. Lost a customer, which is a shame as the staff apart from the greedy owner are lovely.

   I have been using the Post Office in this shop on an infrequent basis but after a recent visit was reminded that there one particular old man who I think is the owner who can at times be terribly arrogant but who is totally divide of any good manners at all times.

   The person in charge of the post in this store is so rude and impolite. He does not know how to deal gently with customers. If not for his age and my post that I care for, he would have heard from me what he deserves. I don't recommend sending post through him and definitely will never send post from there any more!

   Always add extra to the bill , my shopping should of just come to 16 pound but charged me neally 18 , I get that neally everytime go in shop ! Would check ur change well that the bill is correct in first place , wont be using this shop again they rob you

   Not a fan of the shop, smells funny and I always feel like I'm being watched like a criminal, They always stare at you and it makes me feel uncomfortable, not a fan plus they were very rude to me, clearly not trained in anything. Also Shelly I think it is, is always on the phone when serving customers, not a work phone, his mobile phone, many times I've been shushed because he wants to speak to his friends,

   Shelley the manager made me feel like a criminal when HE messed up my Gas and Electric He put £40 on my gas but i asked for £20 on each then i got that solved via One stop Head office as Shelley was no use what so ever then last night i bought a lottery ticket from the store never had any problems but when i went to redeem my winnings today 22.3.15 he refused to serve me and then he humiliated me infront of the whole shop saying that i ripped him off er... SHELLEY messed up the Gas and Electric not me so yeah he refused to serve me my winning even tho the lottery winnings dont come from his pocket so i have sent a email to one stop HR and if this doesnt get resolved i will be going to the papers to say how Rubbish his customer service is. I will not be shopping there again other staff not to bad but him how dare he shout to whole sho that i ripped him off. :(
