   Bought a watch from Goldsmiths and I love it. The watch itself is is exactly what I wanted. Now Goldsmiths, when I was looking for the watch it was on offer cheaper than usual but still well over £2000. On the page when I purchased the watch there was a clear offer that stated 'receive a £250.00 e-gift card with this watch', there was also a statement on the image on the summary page stating 'free gift card' above the image. I bought the watch thinking that I would also get a free voucher for £250.00. when looking at the terms it stated it could take 28 days to arrive. I waited 28 days and no gift card arrived. Contacted customer services and was told because the watch was on offer it was excluded from the offer. I had a closer look at the link on the site and found that if you go into the offer and then go through two further pages there is a small print stating offer watches are excluded. I contacted Goldsmith again to say that I considered this misleading and that if the watch wasn't included in the offer it shouldn't have a banner stating that it did despite small print saying it wasn't. Feel strongly that I have been mislead and wouldn't buy for them again

   Came to Rolex at meadow hall called in there was a couple there getting served off a lady and a lady there getting served off another lady I stood and waited till lady come available I asked for some help she went and got a gentleman I said I am interested in a Rolex . I was told there was no one to see me come back in half an hour. Which at this point I thought customer gone now only a couple getting served . Did not want to assist me but I have spent a lot off money at watches off Switzerland about 80 k very very disappointed with the services d the staff very poor not even would you like a coffee and wait till someone available out off 10 score 1

   Fantastic spacious showroom with a vast array of watches on exhibition. Patience is key, but managed to purchase 2 dream watches so far and hopefully many more to come. Customer service is always welcoming and friendly, particularly Paige who has been a pleasure to deal with.

   The sales associate was fantastic and I appreciate her honesty in dealing with me. I was able to purchase my first Rolex here same day, which was an awesome experience. However, I was essentially told I would never receive the watches I was really interested in and prepared to wait to receive. I already had an appointment booked with a local independent Rolex dealer the next day, and when I met with them they happily took a down payment and placed an order for one of the desirable models I am after. I completely understand that these things are not available immediately, but it was incredibly disappointing to see the disparity in service between a large group like Watches of Switzerland and a smaller independent jeweler. Just my £0.02, but I recommend going independent for a better purchasing experience.

   Took 2 watches for repair I was promptly served and offered a coffee whilst there. The staff were friendly helpful and very professional. You could see they had good customer service. I left feeling looked after and happy with my experience in the store.

   I expressed interest in March 2022 for a Wimbledon Datejust. I received a call from Tim yesterday that the watch had arrived. Today I have purchased the watch. I feel very lucky to not have waited a long time to get this watch. I have to thank Ian in March for saying he would try his best to get me the watch before my wedding. He delivered with 8 days to spare. The whole experience was enjoyable and everything explained to me very well. Thank you to Georgia for providing a excellent customer service experience.
