   These guys got my my life insurance sorted for me and my miss and a morgage too, I felt they went hand in hand. Am a first time buyer so don't really have anything to compaire these guys too. They were pleasant, polite and diligent, so ive got nothing to complain about. They delivered a gift welcome box to my new address, with a £20 voucher in for a house warming gift, thought that was a really nice touch. I'll definitely use them again in 4 years when my morgage deal is up.

   Due to a change of circumstances I had to cancel my policy, which had only been running for just over a month. I was told that I could either reduce my monthly payments or be charged 7 £250 cancellation fee. When I asked for a copy of the policy they said they couldn't provide a copy because it was cancelled. But I'd still have to pay £250. They contacted me by text message. The messages were so unprofessional that I thought it's probably scammers. Thinking about it that's just what they are. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

   I had to cancel my policy due to rapid changes (thanks to the pandemic) and now they want to charge me £250 per person when I clearly state that I am unable to pay. Such a shame that people are not protected. All Sorted Financial Planning is such a huge trap. Be aware, don't fall in. The company members have no values to consider, no human rights, no dignity and zero empathy.

   I received 4 phone calls in 3 days from them wanting to discuss a life insurance policy. I told them on the first call that I wasn't interested and asked them not to call again. Pointless, they are everything that is wrong with sales people. Very, very unprofessional and would recommend anyone to look elsewhere.
