    How does this shop still have customers! My daughter said she was going to the shop yesterday evening to buy some ice cream. Unfortunately she didn’t tell me she was going to Best One as I haven’t shopped there in several months. When we started to eat the ice cream it had been thawed and re frozen so that it was full of ice crystals and totally inedible. I have previously been short changed twice and the staff are incredibly rude to the customers. I only use the other grocery shop on Bartley Green square Simply local as they are always polite and friendly.
