   Great at taking your money and fobbing you off but that’s about it..! Called the company in April due to a leak and no heat, sent a service guy out who advised us we needed to replace the panel and will deal with the leak once refilled. Took from April till August for the part to arrive and the service guy to come back. Company demanded just under £500 upfront at which we paid. Then the service guy came to fix it, after refilling we were told there were 9 leaks in the tub. Now we are left £500 out of pocket and a hot tub which still doesn’t work unless we pay more to fix the leaks at which we originally asked about the leaks in the first place. We should have been advised this issue before paying out the money in the first place…. TOTALLY SCAMMED

   What a great business this is! Could not of asked for a more helpful person than in Mark. Sound and honest advice given on hot tub care in the simplest form to a newbie hot tub owner. More than happy to accommodate if you have any problems or just need repetitive advice. Will certainly be returning for my chemicals and accessories. Thanks guys!

   We purchased our Season Spa in July last year, and it's been great. We love it. We had some issues with the control panel, but this was speedily rectified. I couldn't fault the team at the speed of the replacement part and fitting this. Everyone was super friendly in the show room, we got to sit in and try out various tubs before we made our decision. No pressure on the sales part, was a really enjoyable experience. Great customer service and I fully trust the support we'd get from them should we need it later down the line. - spot on. If anything maybe a little more information upfront on the plug and play model about the cabling we would need to have available for the installation, (luckily we had an electrician round when they came to install so plenty of cable available). and that the lid lifter would need to be fitted ourselves.    As a family we purchased our Hot tub in July, absolutely outstanding customer service from the onset to installation, knowledgeable and informative allowing you to make the right choice for your own needs. So pleased with the quality and price. Installation was first class and the tutorial on usage and maintenance care was made easy to understand and follow. They erradicate cooking smells, pet odour cigarrette smoke and also cleanse the air, which is great for people suffering from respiratory problems. A really essential purchase especially in our current COVID-19 climate. You wont be dissapointed with your purchase and no doubt will receive endless compliments when people enter your home, complimenting you on the fragrance and also feeling comfortable and safe breathing in the cleasened and purified air.
