Was having a problem with my hotntub heating up. Contact hydroactive spas and they said an engineer would contact me. Within the hour Martin called me and we discussed the problem. He said he would need to book me in for an appointment. 20 minutes later Maring called me again and said he was in Manchester and could come over to Ormskirk know. What a fantastic service from a fabulous Engineer, Martin and the company. Problem has know been fixed and working fine. Thank god for my warranty.
Purchased the Hot Tub 5 years ago It’s just had its 5th annual service and the customer service is still excellent. From the initial email and phone contact to Martin doing the service today I can not fault you. Very rare to find customer service this good

We were looking for a swim spa and visited Andy's showroom where we wet tested the XL4. Andy was on hand to explain the features and the advantages of buying a Vita Spa over other brands- the fact Vita spas are not filled with foam, which allows easy servicing and prolongs the life of the product, was a major factor in our subsequent decision to buy the XL4. Andy and his excellent builder Daz visited our house twice to advise on the extension we wanted to house the spa. The project has now been completed and we are delighted both with the swim spa and the quality of the overall build. It is very clear that Andy is leading a highly professional team and we thank our lucky stars we chose to visit his showroom. Honesty and integrity are very important when it comes to making such a big purchase and this business has both.
