   Great experience with Diamond Black spas so far! Olli so helpful in the ordering stage and management of delivery. Ant and Jamie installed our hot tub - they worked so hard on a day where the weather was truly terrible! We received a lot of information about how to use and look after our hot tub. We just would have liked the information a little bit slower as it was so much to take in!! There is a useful quick reference guide provided. We had an issue with draining the hot tub, Olli responded very quickly with a video to help troubleshoot the issue. Thank you so much to Olli, Ant and Jamie. From my great experience so far I would highly recommend Black Diamond Spas

   Black Diamond Spas supplied and installed a fantastic hot tub at a very good price. The installation by Grant and Jamie that took place very late afternoon early evening, it had been delayed by a number of hours, this was through no fault of their own but the job before us had complications, nevertheless they were dedicated and got the job done. Grant and Jamie finished the installation to a high standard, so we've ended up with a quality product installed and left very tidy. Job done, we are very happy thank you Black Diamond Spas.

   Took delivery and installation last week from Black Diamond Spas. Great product, the hot tub is in my view the best spec you can get on the market for the price. Also went for the air source pump option which is fantastic to reduce running costs. I spoke to a couple of more local retailers and none of them offered an air source pump option, so fair play to Black Diamond for being at the forefront of the industry in offering that. A word on the installation, huge shout out to Grant & Ant who were superb in managing the install, the weather was atrocious and they were soaked, but the persevered to ensure the job was done professionally. Black Diamond management, these boys need better wet weather gear for this time of year! Would recommend completely so far into ownership experience.

   Bought a spa and heat pump from their showroom in chesterfield. Ollie was great in helping us pick the right one, explained everything well and arranged a delivery with the hijab truck. Grant and Jaime delivered the tub and lifted it over a very tight gap between our house and garage and in to position. The carefully got the hot tub in to position and began the heat pump install. Took a couple of hours before we could start filling the tub. They then explained the chemicals and gecko control panel very well. The customer service has been great throughout and would recommend to anyone thinking about buying a hot tub from them

   Recently purchased the california hot tub from black diamond Spas and could not fault their service from start to finish. Sales team in their showroom provided a great customer service as did Jake who dealt with booking in our delivery. Jay and Clint delivered and installed, they were really friendly and quickly installed our tub. They went through how to operate and ensure we were happy with everything before they left. Would highly recommend black diamond spas who deliver a 5 start service. Thanks again.

   We have had our California hot tub delivered today by Jay and Clint. What a fantastic team they were. Nothing was too much trouble. We had some access issues which they took in their stride even after coming to us late on a Friday. Not only did they take down our gate for us but they also put it back. Jay talked me through all of the information I needed and I feel confident I can look after my hot tub properly. The tub itself is beautiful and we have had a fantastic experience from start to finish. If you are lucky enough to get Jay and Clint, you won't find two friendlier and more knowledgeable young men to deliver and install your hot tub. 5 star service, thank you guys.

   Fabulous Spa Company from start to finish. Kai the sales rep was a really lovely knowledgeable fella, not pushy & even after ordering he answered what probably felt like 101 questions leading upto delivery day. From ordering to delivery was 1 1/2 weeks, which for this time of year was excellent. On delivery day Terry & Harry had a few challenges getting the tub situated, but once Jake arrived it was in place. Terry explained everything fully, I videod his Tub Tour Guide as I have a terrible memory, I cant attach videos to the review so will email them to Kai, he might put them on there FB Page, they may help some of you deciding. We had the 2 lounger Sorrento, it is big, but perfect for us. I would highly recommend Black Diamond Spa's they cover the whole of the UK, but if you can, get down to there welcoming & friendly showroom. Thanks Kai, Terry, Harry & Jake.

   Despite a long wait for delivery, the Destiny Spa is absolutely wonderful. Jake kept me up to date while I was waiting and helped with arranging a crane to get the tub into an awkward space and with sorting out the electrical requirements. Installation was a breeze, and the installers took really good care to make sure the tub was sited correctly and the cable was hidden and not a trip hazard. The hot tub was up and running within hours of connection. The quality of the product is amazing, with the waterfall feature being really attractive. The price was really good too. I'm absolutely delighted to recommend Black Diamond. Thanks everyone!
