   We stayed two nights there. A family room with two large bouble beds was very comfortable for family trip. The swimming pool and gym are higher than average and our expectation. Only 10mins walk to city centre, so we had opportunities for city tours and enjoyed the dinner in the city centre. Certainly would like to go again.

   We have been attending lessons with Tanya for 5 months now and they are fantastic, my son loves them. Tanya is really friendly and helpful when learning the babies to feel safe and enjoy the water. I have really seen my son’s development in the pool blossom and his confidence when doing underwater swims. The free parking in great and easy access through other transport links. On the very odd occasion the pool has been slightly cooler however, this is mainly down to the hotel.

   We’ve had swimming lessons with Tanya at the Quays for just over a year, since my little boy was 4 months old. My little boy really enjoys his lessons and he’s built up so much confidence being in the water. Tanya is lovely, gives plenty of encouragement and explains the importance of learning the different water activities. The Quays has free on site parking and a big changing room with plenty of space to change your baby. Highly recommended!

   My review is for Tanya as she is a wonderful baby swimming teacher. Tanya is calm, friendly and a very caring swimming teacher. She takes time to explain why we are doing certain skills and is lovely with the babies. Her sessions are fun and varied compared to other teachers we have had in the past. If I was to make some constructive criticism it would be to the quays hotel as their changing facilities are just satisfactory and could do with a good clean, modernising and getting the heating fixed! If it wasn’t for Tanya I think we would try a different pool but 100% would recommend Tanya, which is why we keep coming.

   I would highly recommend Swimbabes. I started when my daughter was 7 weeks old and she has absolutely loved every lesson. The pool is warm and with free parking it makes it very accessible. Our instructor Tanya is friendly, engaging and takes great care of all the babies in her class. The classes are fun and varied, teaching water safety using singing and engaging activities. The 30 minutes lessons are great value for money. My daughter, now 6 months old, is a real water babe because of these lessons.
