   Two guys came to deliver and install my hot tub - what a stress free event it was. There was a moment when I thought there wasn't going to be enough room to get the tub through, but the guys sorted it out without drama. 100% recommend - top class service, they handle everything - i just stood there and watched them!

   Fantastic company… after having problems with other hot tub places I found out about Rick and team online. From sales too final completion very direct and explained everything properly! For the money you wouldn’t be able too buy anything close too the powerful jets and luxury items included The balboa system is great for the Fiji I purchased I did have a few problems too begin with minor leak but Rick sent out a trusted company too sort the problem straight away. Great team 10/10

   Excellent service all round. Had our J300 series now for nearly a month. Excellent product and well worth spending that little bit extra on a far more economical hot tub. Craned in over the fence, set up within an hour or so, ready to go the next day, no drama, nothing too much trouble. Very happy. Thanks

   Excellent experience from start to finish. These guys genuinely can’t do enough to help. We had a difficult garden to get the hot tub into but nothing was to much trouble. They are always there to answer any questions. I would never go anywhere else. Amazing service and would highly recommend!!
