    Had a fish yesterday at about 2.30. The bottom.of the batter on the fish was like Rock The fish was dry. Its not normally like that was very disappointed as usually there lovely..

    ordered plaice and chips from a young guy who just forgot about me, eventually i went back to the till and asked the young woman where’s my order then i got served but after getting it home the plaice which was breaded was way overcooked and like a biscuit. my friend had cod and chips was served straight away and sat in the car for 10mins. don’t order plaice here! chips were good though! I would go back but the need to improve, prices are cheap service was poor!

    Absolutely vile, got fish and chips, fish looked and tasted like it had been cooked this morning and just sat there, paid for a large chips cheese and gravy and got given a small in a burger tray! Chips stone cold, spent £26 for it all to go in the bin, very over priced for what u get, don’t waste ya time in going there! Vile

    There's a reason I avoid this place unless I've got no choice. Imagine paying and receiving this, not even a full portion. There are so many other fish bars that you get more value for money. The tiniest bit of gravy, dry as anything. Get your money worth elsewhere, last time I'll be eating here for sure. My mums steak pie was freezing cold too, chips were 100% undercooked as was hard in the middle. Will post the photos as soon as google allows me to.

    Came all the way from France for this and was not disappointed! Very friendly staff, good conversation, efficient teamwork delivering my 5 person-order in under 10 minutes. The food is excellent, everyone was happily stuffed! My battered sausage and chips with spicy curry sauce was the perfect end to a long day!
