   Incredible water splash area for toddlers and slightly older. One of the best children’s areas for Miles. Coffee shop and ice creams galore are available Small car park on tarmac with overflow parking on the grass free of charge Definitely recommended on a warm sunny day for the kids The lake itself brought back childhood memories of the pontoon and high diving stage . No new memories created as swimming is no longer allowed in the lake, which I get but is still a great shame. Today’s children don’t get the freedom we had, but if these restrictions save lives, then it is for the better. Congratulations to the local council for providing a wonderful service

   Beautiful pathways in woods and great lake with swans, geese and ducks. Don’t feed the birds though, it’s not good for them.
