Park in Worksop

“Wonderful day out,an incredible place stunning walks through woodland, along the meandering river, beautiful water rills, lots of things going on for youngsters, bike hire available from trundle bikes to adults. The historical grand house sadly is no longer standing but the history is mind blowing. The walled garden and greenhouse is fantastic and you can actually buy some of the produce at the entrance to the walled garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our day.”

“Spent a great family afternoon at Clumber Park. Took the dog and the grandchildren, walked 10K, then watched them all fall asleep in the car on the way home. Really beautiful sights and scenery, peaceful and quiet, great fun had by all. Even better, the cream tea at the visitor centre”

“What a lovely campsite in such a beautiful location. The campsite is pristine with what looks like newly refurbished toilet and shower block (Limetree). The campsite is located within Clumber Park. There is something for everyone here. I enjoyed 2 days of hiking the trails around the lake and wider park. There is a cafe trailer at the top of the lake about a 1.5 mile walk from the site. The main cafe within the National Trust complex in the park is about 2 miles from the site. The walking is easy as it is mostly flat. I will definitely be returning here.”

Couldn't do enough to work through with us what we wanted, offering guidance to make sure we left happy and with great furniture. Quickly and efficiently delivered by courteous drivers. “Great location for family, brilliant water feature play area. Climbing frames, swings open space for picnics. Toilets, cafe and ice cream parlour, lovely walk arond the lake, fishing, lovely scenery. Free parking, well maintained paths, this place is great for all ages, and short or longer stays and relaxkng days.”

“With over 20 miles of cycle paths, it's a great way of seeing and enjoying this National Trust Property. If you don't need to make use of the NT Car Parks it doesn't cost anything either (Free parking if you are a NT member).”

“Had a phenomenal time here last weekend with my good friends. Good value for money, each lodge comes with its own TV and WiFi router (15mbps down / 31mbps up / 92ms) so can stream YouTube perfectly fine and great for entertainment. There’s a lovely café and shop on-site where you can buy snacks. There lodge itself has a hot shower and is modern and cosy. Really nice location”

“We wanted to write a review to thank Marie in the kitchen department for being very helpful and professional with us during our appointments. Nothing was to much trouble and explained everything to a very high standard. She went the extra mile from coffees, ensuring parking reg confirmed to adding our dogs into the illustrations and also checked regularly if we were comfortable. On multiple times we changed our ideas and requirements and Marie happily supported us and changed everything with no trouble at all. We have decided not to purchase from B and Q this time (product related) but just wanted to give feedback on the excellent customer service we received in store from Marie, Compared to other places we visited.”

“The security guard on Saturday night 27/04 was extremelly helpful, was late and our money jammed in the kiosk and we had to catch last bus home , was no shop person to help and he stepped in and sorted it for us, and happily catched our bus because of him. “The shower facilities are amazing. Perfect temperature amd water pressure. The beds are extremely comfortable. The location gas plenty of parking spaces. A particular mention the wonderful Pamela on reception, her attitude was immensely patient especially whilst dealing with our late check-in. She went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute room change request despite having to attend to other guests queries. Her kind nature made this stay truly exceptional and worth every penny in value.”

“I had a great deep tissue sports therapy massage from Christine. I've been suffering with my back, neck and shoulders, and sciatica for some time, after an hour or so with Christine I could move a lot better, I will definitely be returning! Would recommend Christine, she has a lovely manner, friendly yet professional, and her room is very calming.”
