“What a place, we came here a few years ago and had a great time then….and the site has been improved further since to make it even more comfortable and luxurious. The new tents are large and homely, the kitchen areas attached to each area are well kitted out and the amenities and indoor areas around the site in case of bad weather have grown. Will be keen to come back again :)”

“Went to look for a new sofa at Eyers and called in at Poppys for a coffee on the way out. Caught a glimpse of someone else's breakfast and just had to have the same. Have to say it was maybe possibly the best full English I have ever had. Cooked to perfection and fabulous quality. Service was very good and I would definitely recommend to all you full English fans.”

“A beautiful estate, an excellent wedding venue. Signage off the main road could be better, particularly in the dark. There's a long single track which adds to the suspense and revel - impressive on a night. Appointments are a must if viewing.”

“This was a long awaited visit. Booking is restricted, but on the day we had freedom to explore the house for as long as we wished. This is an amazing time capsule, I recommend it to anyone interested in social history. The greenhouse was a particular treat.”

“I have wanted to go here for years and had built it up in my head quite a bit. I was delighted to find that the site is i. Actuality ad atmospheric and beautiful ad I had hoped, but also with excellently displayed archaeology! You pay to park, but can access on foot for free. The museum is extra as is a cave tour (limited numbers). We had a pleasant half day there including lunch and felt no need for those extras, but plan to return and pay for both. The visitor centre is very attractive in a modern way while sitting into the landscape. Vibe is of a sub spine gorge. Lovely meadow for children to run off steam in. Includes a play area etc.”

“Today was my sons 12th birthday party at Laser Labyrinth. Staff were very friendly and helpful, food was spot on, the party room is a lovely space, and the laser activity was a big hit. Overall a great day, would highly recommend!!”

“Had stopped up the road with a flat tyre, Took it to Mac's Autos. They started work on it right away. Explained what had happened with it and fixed it there and then. Knowledgeable team and fair prices. You can tell they enjoy what they do!”

“Had a dark spray tan looks like I have been away for a month. Looks great all even and did not have normal tan smell. Smelt nice. Had lash extensions takes a while but results well worth it. Really opens eyes and looks do natural. Had party lashes st another saloon was not impressed. Lash extensions csn last up to 4 weeks. Will definitely go again it was less than half price of where I have been at other places and results are amazing would highly recommend BLUSH. All staff are friendly welcoming and professional. Thanks to staff st Blush I will feel great on the very special occasion I have had it done for.x”

“The food is absolutely gorgeous, there was barely anyone in (early on a weekday) so we got to choose our table and had quick service. The food was all home cooked really good, not standard pub food at all. Pie was full of meat, gravy was great. The pasta was full of chicken and chorizo, we couldn't finish it all!”
