   You pull up at a industrial unit and walk through a nondescript door that looks like a fire door and wow if you are into snooker, pool or darts this is truly a Aladins cave with everything you would want on your Christmas list . I went just to get a new tip fitted to my pool cue and the usual young guy was behind the counter and said I may have a bit of a wait as the guy that re tips cues had just gone on lunch only to come back less than 2 minutes later saying he is doing it now . Great service and well worth a visit.

   What does your daughter. Want for her 17th birthday.....a pool cue apparently. Andrew (in dharge) was really knowledgeable and spent some time making sure she got a suitable cue. There is a pool table snd snooker table so you can try before ypu buy. We had a lot of fun in the shop.

   Highly recommended. No nonsense honest service. I was pretty impressed to see them go the extra mile in ensuring the cue maker got my cue specs and special tip request spot on. Bought a cue from Cue Craft Worksop and it plays flawlessly to the highest standard. Could not be happier with the whole service. Was a long lead time as expected but the wait was worth it.

   My first cue from this shop over 2 years ago now was a wonderful cue it was only £100 and was a 7mm tip, and to this day the cue is still straight as an arrow so my expirence at the time was great. However recently I visiyed the shop all the way from great yarmouth 3.30 hour drive for me I came back to the shop as my first cue was a success I purchased a cue for £130 got back and a few days later I was able to practice it was about to get it re tipped by my local club and dicoverd by the wonderful gentleman who was gonna re tipp my cue I got told he wasn't gonna re tip the cue, this was because the cuee was quite badly bowed and rolling it across the table only enhanced the already know fact, I took the cue all the way back and told them in person and all that happened was they took the cue out the back for all of 2 min, returning they sed that it was all fixed I then proceded to roll the cue across the table to discover it was really no better so I basically asked if I could choose another cue and after an hour debating between cues that I liked I decided to leave a cue and head home empty handed that ended quickly as I was only allowed store credit which I didn't think was very fair as I was kinda forced to by a cue that I wasn't really 1000% on, so to end this reveiw I'd like to warn people although they do great cues quite a few of them are most probley not straight and although they offer a cue straigting service they shouldnt be even selling cues to anyone that aren't up to top noch standard for the price you can pay for a top quality cue and should deffinetly be double checking before a customer leave the stores with a product that they plan to keep for many years to come, stay local and get knowledge and a cue from a place where you can visit in anytime of need.
