I contacted Collins Water Products for some help on an RO system for my marine aquarium that I sourced from them a couple of years ago. Lee went over and above to help me out. If you’re in the market for an RO unit, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Amazing product and really fast delivery. Ordered it on an evening and two days later I received the RO system. I bought a 5 stage RO system. Water can get really bad in my area (above 500 tds) and I needed perfect, zero TDS for my reef tank to keep the corals happy. Had a bit of a technical issue while assembling but the costumer service was excellent and it's all fired up ready to go.
Went to buy a new ro for window cleaning but instead of him selling me a full system,he advised all I needed was a larger membrane to make my water quicker which was only £25.Great advice highly recommend.Will be using again.
