Donβt just turn up! Very very rude. Security I understand but no need to be so rude. Would not recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at the Oak Tree Holiday Park. The pitch we stayed on was a full service pitch, hard standing on gravel and level with 16 amp electric. We were greeted by the site warden Allison who made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble, the whole site and facilities were immaculate, we will definitely return.

First time at Oak Tree and what a beautiful experience, was met by Allison at reception who is a credit to this place, facilities are spotless, site is beautiful with 2 places to fish, caught a variety of fish over 2 days. Weather was not too great but that didn't matter. Site was full of birdsong and some great views. 100% recommend to anyone looking to get away from it all, can't wait to go back. Thank you love Nicky + Craig

We have just returned from a two night stay in our caravan at this absolutely amazing site. If youβre looking for somewhere to relax this is the place, we setup in the paddock positioned in front of the pods, absolutely stunning views on the sunset and sunrise. Toilets and other facilities throughout the site are absolutely amazing, one of the best Iβve visited over the years and added bonus itβs only 15 minutes from our home. From the initial contact the team made us feel very welcome, special thanks to Alison βΊοΈ We were also pleasantly surprised during a walk around the lakes on the evening with all the stag statues with lighting etc The sites dog friendly too. Definitely recommend if youβre looking for a quiet relaxing weekend away without the children and a spot of fishing.

Just back from 4 nights at Oak Tree. Must say that this is one of the best sites we have visited. The fishing was excellent. Toilets and showers first class as was the grounds. Bill, Adele and not forgetting Alison were fabulous made us feel very at home. Paul deserves a mention too. Great park. Would highly recommend

Our first stay here over bank holiday weekend it won't be our last. Lovely quiet site except for a few dogs barking on the Saturday but I think the site owner had a word. The owners are such a lovely couple friendly and so helpful. Always around if you need them. The fishing on both the lakes was good. Brilliant weekend

A slice of heaven If peace and quiet is your thing then this place is for you. The site is so we'll maintained ,the staff are both friendly and professional which can be a rare thing these days and nothing is to much trouble. These people really want you to enjoy your stay and it was a privilege to have been able to share this beautiful place. We didn't fish but all those that did seemed to rate it. I was just so content to have a lake side view from the CL site which felt so exclusive. For those with dogs the sites short walks were nicely kept and poo bins available. If you want to walk further then I'd recommend going onto the public foot path at Graizleound which is a short walk along the road towards Haxey and pick up the footpath on the opposite side. From here the tracks go up to Haxey or miles in other directions. Simply stunning countryside. Also recommend walking to Haxey for a very good breakfast or lunch at the cafΓ©. Also a co-op there too. All in all one of the best sites I've ever stayed on. Well done to the owners you should be so proud. Will we come again...you bet we will !
