I wasn’t sure of ordering from here since I never heard of the site before and the price was unbeatable. But the process and service has been unmatchable. Ordered Sunday morning and it’s arrived Tuesday morning, item is just as described and perfect. Would definitely recommend.
Exceptional - could not recommend more. I’ve visited this store three times to purchase car seats for my children, and every experience has been exceptional. The first visit, several years ago, was to address head flop issues in my youngest child's car seat. The sales executive was incredibly helpful, carefully discussing which seats would best suit the slanted seats in my car. They even tried out a couple of options in my vehicle and provided plenty of valuable advice. I ended up purchasing the Peg Perego lay-flat car seat, which turned out to be absolutely fantastic! On my second visit, I was searching for an Extended Rear Facing (ERF) car seat for my eldest. The team was beyond helpful and so well-informed—a refreshing change from other stores where mentioning ERF seats can feel alienating! I chose the BeSafe Stretch, an amazing seat that has exceeded my expectations. My most recent visit was on Monday evening when I needed a high back booster for my eldest and wanted to explore pushchairs for my soon to arrive twins. Despite arriving just before closing time (sorry!), the sales executive was incredibly accommodating. She guided me through various pushchairs and car seats, answering all my questions and offering excellent advice. I ended up buying a Britax Römer Kidfix, which my daughter absolutely loves, and I love the safety features, along with a footrest. The entire team was so patient and helpful, even as my 4 year old and 3 year old explored every corner of the shop! Thank you for the outstanding service over the years—this is the only place I truly trust! We will be back for more seats/pushchairs soon!
Do not buy from this store. We purchased a pram and when it arrived we realised it was not suitable. We returned it straight away and when it got back to them they told us it was badly damaged so they could not refund us. We literally had it out of the box for an hour so knew that we had not caused any damage. After a battle we got them to send it back to us and there is not a mark on it. They are liars. Go elsewhere!
I can’t thank this shop enough! I was in urgent need of a spare part for my car seat with my baby arriving in just two weeks. They had the exact part I needed and shipped it urgently for me. The part arrived promptly, and everything is now set up perfectly. Highly recommend this shop!
I went in last week to ask about the Avionaut Sky 2.0 car seat, I was unsure if it would fit in my car due to awkward seat rails for the cover. Both staff members at the time (didn't get their names) were extremely helpful, testing the seat in the car and letting me reposition the seats to check it would fit behind my partner. It was quite fiddly but they managed. We then tested my daughter in it and checked fit and comfort. I went home to think about it and then purchased and returned the same day. The support was brilliant - they installed it for me, several people checked both the installation and my daughter's fit. They said I can pop back whenever for fit checks too which is great reassurance. Extremely happy with pre and post sales from Paul Stride and love the new car seat ☺️.
We came here after discovering the car seat we had been given was an awful fit for our tiny baby. The team here are so helpful, on the hottest day of the year they carried 4 or 5 different car seats out for us the try while we waited in the shade just popping out long enough to test the baby in them. We will definitely be back when she outgrows this seat.
It was recommended as a good place to buy a pram, We were not disappointed, a massive selection of buggies, prams and everything in-between. We purchased an amazing buggy with all the attachments including a car seat, all at a highly competitive price. I would highly recommend a visit.
