   Used to be better before they put a solid tarmac pavement in it and divided the woodland up and put up fences to separate it all.. It used to be a proper woods and all open. They've also shrunk the Carpark.

   We regularly walk our dogs here has wide pavement for cycling. Push chairs and wheelchairs .parking along country Road. Shared by staff Abbey Steel works .busy times when workers leaving. The route runs by the river and has plenty of woodland to explore always people fishing and a small pebble beach area for access to river .the route takes you to outibridge always plenty of people walking along all times of day and evenings. Always feels safe to walk only our own .lovely areas just along from sainsbury junction Past the bakery keep driving to the dead end .

   Great level easy going path, good for wheelchairs and pushchairs. You can go off path if you want. Mt grandson and I counted 8 kinds of wildflower on a very short walk. Lovely, full of birdsong.
