   went here yesterday and put a few things in my basket, including a duvet cover which i was unsure about purchasing. as i went to the till i decided i did bot want to purchase the duvet covers and asked Julie, the lady at the till to put it to one side as i didnt want it. She then asked for me to pop it back, i looked at her got confused as this hasnt ever happened before as i shop here alot, so she surprised me as she works there and i shop there and naturally its the staffs job to pop things back when misplaced or unwanted. i wanted to understand if bnm thinks its ok for their staff to ask customers to put things back when they've got to the till and not wanted them. Ontop of this due to Julie asking me to put the duvet covers back the lady she was serving currently started attacking me verbally as naturally my response to Julie was that i wont be putting it back as i was headed out and its a very big store. very disappointed as shes generally a nice person but she caused an unnecessary situation which shouldnt have happened. Maybe training needs to be given on these things, i appreciate its not great when customers pick things up and change their mind which leaves you having to put them back but you shouldn't be asking your customers to do your job for you.

   Queued for over half an hour to get served only 2 tills open out of 9 a few days to Christmas, is always the same. Very frustrating as they have some nice things to buy but just takes too long for service

   Really good shop Has a great selection of household good and food ect Careful of the carpark though as the ticket machines are out of order a lot and they slap you with parking fines.. d×

   This B&M branch is significantly smaller than most, however it does stock quite a range and is stocked well. It does need to be bigger at some point in order to store the full range that other stores have, but for the most part it has everything you need and more.
