   This place is absolutely horrific There is a manager here who is the rudest woman I’ve ever come across I was in the drive thru picking up an order and heard the awful manner the woman was speaking to these young girls I think her name badge read the name Janet The way she spoke to her employees was absolutely appalling, I feel sorry for anyone who has to work in such an environment poor girls being spoken too in such an awful manner. Really need to rethink who this place is having as managers

   I’m an Uber driver who frequently picks up orders from this McDonald’s location everyday, and unfortunately, my experiences have consistently been negative due to one particular staff member. The younger Asian lady, who appears to be around 40 years old and possibly a manager, is consistently rude and disrespectful. She often shouts at the staff and speaks to them in a very harsh manner, which creates a very unpleasant atmosphere. Additionally, she treats drivers as if she owns them, making us feel demeaned and unwelcome. This behavior has led many drivers, including myself, to cancel orders to avoid the negative experience. It’s disappointing because it impacts the overall atmosphere and efficiency.she must respect all people because we are all equal and there is no difference between us, because this is classism. I admit that there are many drivers who are not good at dealing with people, but not all are the same.

   Everytime we go it’s as though it’s everyone’s first day on earth. Service takes for ever and is rarely correct first time around. Lost count of the amount of times. If it wasn’t for the kids I’d never step foot in the place.

   Very small McDonald's, seating upstairs too, didn't see a place for napkins etc , had to ask a member of staff for some, staff were very friendly, had table service, hence the hunt for napkins, besides that it was a very pleasant place to eat,

   Really really poor service. Asked to park up, waited ages for one meal. Meal finally came and it was missing the burger- the main part of the meal. Does anyone even check the orders in this place before bringing them to you? Gets my daughters tea home to her and the burger had literally been thrown together- chicken fell out of the bun, lettuce loose in the box. Awful service. Management needs to get a grip of their staff

   Cleaners need to do more as it's such a small but very busy place. Fries aren't even hot, cold by the time you get there. Was unable to pay in cash as you can only pay by card now. Thought the no under 18's law from 5pm is a bit of a con as there was plenty of young kids in and some teenagers in. Other than that, expect the order machines to be constantly out of paper for an order number recipt as certain machines had no paper in and staff didn't seem bothered to top them up. Considering it's close to major venues such as the cinema and buses it's not very busy.

   This is honestly THE worst McDonalds Ive been to. I’ve lived in St.Helens for 5 years and not once has this McDonalds got my order right. Tonight they forgot to put sauce in as per usual. I checked everything in the bag to be absolutely sure it was all correct. Get home, and the coke machine has run out of mix so I didn’t even get the right drink. I honestly can’t understand how you can get every order wrong, every time .

   Drive-thru always busy as the restaurant inside as well, specially on weekends. If you are collecting deliveries for Uber Eats, Deliveroo, etc... Just go through the corridor on the right beside the cashier on the main entrance.
