Ordered on Just Eat and the Nile p ACCEPTED it (so they were open), they then cancelled the order about 30 mins after they accepted it, for no reason. Leaving us having to order from somewhere else and wait even longer. Awful customer service. If you don't have the stock in or can't deliver, don't accept the order!!
Ordered at 5:10pm, rang at 7:30pm to see where the food was, only to be told I’d ordered it to a different area in and it’d been delivered there, which I hadn’t and have proof. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid!
Their Kebabs are really nice. They need to work massively on improving their customer services though. The owner himself is friendly and come across professional but young lads at front counter need proper training in customer services.

The place is a complete Chaos. It used to be on Smithdown Road now on Picton Road. The team is untrained & rude. Food is prepared in as very careless manner & public dealing is worst. After preparing food they don't even care whether it's kept in a proper safe manner or ot gets rotten. The prices are not displayed correctly , they charge redicilously high but the food quality is terribly poor. No price control in place . If one complains the response is not a fix but rude. I strongly recommend Not to buy Food from them at all. Thanks.
1st time definitely won't be my last! Beyond delicious! I got 1/2 chicken and lemon drizzle cake very generous portions my only complaint is that I'm too full to go and get more!!!
