Arrived at this branch at 10.15 am to find it shut, which is odd as their website says open from 10am!! There's a small sign in their window saying they open at 11am...thanks superdrug for wasting 45 minutes of my time waiting for you to open.
Staff could do with smiling and engaging with customers, we are not your enemies!
Great store and staff are always friendly/helpful. The pharmacist is outstanding. My daughter has a fear of needles and this amazing lady always keeps her calm and makes the process of vaccinations so much easier. Cannot praise her highly enough.

ANy store like this using non needle peircing methods *THAT are effectively just guns with a better name) with equipment that takes an hour to learn to use is called profiting off the public. They also try to see aftercare which is completely wrong the "speed up" healing. Garbage.
Lovely shop, everything you need but the staff could do with smiling more and being a little more helpful. Not too impressed by my last visit but I bought what I wanted and left.
Not a lot of room to get past people at this store as the aisles are tight. I wouldn't want to be visiting in a wheelchair, it would be extremely challenging to negotiate the aisles. It is really well stocked with a good range of brands for its size, it also offers a decent range of perfume and has a pharmacy. I'd recommend.
I can't say enough good things about this store, always helpful and friendly, organised and well stocked. I went there today and asked about vegan products and had a passionate and we'll informed conversation with Beth, who told me all about the Superdrug brand, their cruelty free ethics and how they are dealing with excess plastic and lowering their carbon footprint.
