   Staff member too slow on the tills, he was more interested in having a long winded chin wag with a customer rather than scanning their items in a timely manner. Could’ve at least called for more staff to open tills and not leave customers waiting too long.

   One of the biggest and best organised b&m I've come across. Situated on the main road with big enough parking available. Store is full of literally everything you expect in a b&m but this one offers much more and with a garden centre on sight makes this store much more convenient.

   Almost had my bicycle pinched. Tried to cut through my D lock. No cameras in the carpark area which I thought was bad, so no possibility of ever catching the culprits.

   Huge store well stocked with household and food items. The staff seemed nice...but sooo slow. Only one till and she kept stopping as chatting to another team member who was not doing anything. Saw three more staff just milling about. Almost missed my bus and had to run with two bags of shopping

   Kiln dried firewood reduced from £6.75 to £6 a bag. Bought 6 bags as firewood prices are a little crazy this year. Every bag contained wet wood - obviously left out in heavy rain - defeats the purpose of kiln dried. Had to go elsewhere to buy more wood as this is unusable until dried out. B & M could at labeled the reason for reduction.

   It's a big store, with a lot on offer, especially in the homeware section. The garden section is super useful for stuff like compost and trellis, the food section always has a few bargains amongst the tins and sweet things.
