Use regularly for parcel drop off, service and friendliness depends who’s on duty, the younger ones that serve are great but the older woman who I think is in charge is down right rude, she’s always moaning about something, and hates taking in parcels, she needs some customer service training, no need for the company to pay for it, just get her staff to show her how !!!

I've used the shop to collect a parcel. Went there twice today First time they didn't scan the barcode. Just asked for my name and told me they don't have it there. They asked me to communicate with Yodel Yodel tracking says it's with them. The second time I went, they asked me to go back on Monday because the post office was closed. When explained that this was a Yodel parcel they said they could not scan the bar code and asked me to go back next day. It seemed that there was no appetite for providing the service they signed up for and trying to find all sorts of excuses to avoid doing so.

Service was terrible, full stop. As soon as I stepped in was not a pleasant greeting as one fully grown jobsworth of a man purely stunk of sweat giving me and my accompanied friend dirty horrible looks. We specially stopped off as we were thirsty and had been going to this shop plenty of times never, seen this spectacle looking stinky sleeze ball of a human before. We simply wanted a caffeinated drink, to then find out that we were denied it as he ran over to simply serve us and say no and as we are over the age of 18 we should legally aloud to buy it !!! If you see him the goofy looking spectacle stinky old man !!! Apart from that everything else was good.

Always well stocked. Nice friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Didn't know it's a subsidiary of Tesco's

This was my first visit here, my first impression was the store was very clean and tidy, all staff seemed very friendly and approachable. All staff and customers were adhering to social distancing measures. I used the post office at this store, there was abit of a mix up with printing the address label out but the staff member sorted it for me, and wrote the address out on a label for me to stick on my return parcel. Very good customer service recieved, I will be using this store again.

Just go to Tesco's down the road. Some of the staff are rude and make you wait to pay or close the shop just to stock. Always make you not want to go. Would not recommend. It's ok just to get a few bits if there is no were else but wouldn't go there often.

Not been at 6am so can't comment on whether open or not but I'm a regular and find the shop stocks most things anyone may need. It has fresh food, good grocery, newspapers, post office, off licence and cash machine. The staff are polite and helpful, especially Osman, Jack and Connor. However the location is a magnet for teenagers to loiter and litter outside on an evening and can feel intimidating on occasion.
