Went here on 5th December 2025 and yes it was heaving as 3 for £20 toy sale was on but every single member of staff that i came across was just happy, polite and couldn't do enough to help me so i just wanted to say thankyou all for being so lovely and making it a happy visit x
Nice place decent place. Customer service is great. One area for improvement would be to install either more cashier checkout spots or self checkout machines. As the queue can be very long

I was not expecting a beautiful garden related store insides B & M. Collection of flowery plants, pots and gardening tools was amazing. I spent most of my time in selecting my hobby related items. Besides it, there are a lot for other households and groceries.
Was in huddersfield so just popped in,found afew bargains and the store seemed well stocked. Would advise to check dates on products as some are out of date and not mentioned on shelves
I went to check out the home décor and my home is going to look stunning when I'm finished.
Really good store with a friendly helpful cashier just watch the Easter egg prices though I was caught out the mini egg Easter egg is 25p cheaper at Tescos and when you buy a good few it mounts up
Convenient location as its close to other big stores. Nice variety of products. Home decor items are especially very nice ones. I think prices are much better than bigger stores.
Started of well ,picked up a lovely lighted mirror that was reduced only to be charged full price,so we queued at customer services and said we had been over charged,only to be told it wasn't reduced and had we taken ticket from another article in shop and put ot over the ticket on the mirror,,needless to say I got a refund for the mirror and left the shop, never to return again, poor customer service .
Yeah it's fine, it doesn't seem to be usual discounted prices. I very rarely find a bargain anymore but still has decent stuff
