Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Good selection of food, drink and snack items including american sweets/crisps. Pret machine available for a selection of coffees and teas. Evri drop off available too. Great store!
Visited after seeing over 1500 beers on menu on the Untappd page that they manage and was updated a few weeks ago, visited today and less than 100 different beers available. Blamed it on them being ‘out of stock’ but there was not the physical space within the shop to store over 1500 types. Over half of the beers available today were standard supermarket fare, the other half were all British craft beers - track/tartarus/pomona island etc
Didn't accept Perfectdraft tokens or give points on keg purchases. Initially the person in the till said it wasn't something they did and when I showed them the app that showed they did they then changed their story and said it was broken at their end. Either way I won't be going back. Selection of craft beer was poor compared to previous vists as well.
Called in a few times over the 4 years not really any issues a bit gutted about the cash machine but they really helped me out with my Evri delivery so I can’t really complain but it comes in handy when on long walks round the area
I have been a customer for 6 years after moving to the area in 2016... However I won't ever step foot back in there after today and just a warning to those people wishing to just pop in quickly to use the Hermes parcelshop service.... DO NOT BOTHER. A 1 minute errand turns into a 10 minute humiliating experience where every other person in the shop is encouraged to bypass you to be served before you. I'm 9 months heavily pregnant and suffer with anxiety and today left the shop in tears due to the rudeness of 1 woman serving behind the counter. There was absolutely no need for any of the belittling and rude behaviour I experienced today in front of other customers / my local neighbours. The shop go on about how community spirited and focussed they are which is all well and good as long as you are buying something every time you are in there because "shop comes first" as I learnt repeatedly from the woman today and then disappointingly from the manager too. If you just want to use the parcelshop service they offer, then don't bother. You aren't classed as a customer that day. Just an inconvenience. I don't know what I did to deserve the treatment I received today but I certainly won't be returning! This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced and was totally unjustified.
Post drop off and a bit of everything you need from toiletries to sweets and booze. They even let you park your bike up safe inside by the door for 2 minutes. EDIT - Still a good shop but was told by one older owner bikes were no longer allowed inside and nowhere to lock up outside. Several other younger people working there have no issues but one older gent forced another member to say it was not allowed instead of just telling me since he was making eye contact anyway. Less hassle to shop else where than deal with one grumpy old man. All other middle aged and younger staff were great.

Firstly I just want to say: the staff here are absolutely lovely! Always friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable too. My only issue is the store is always very cramped and gives the impression of untidiness. I would love to see it have a little revamp though. All that said its ramshackle look won't put me off. It also helps that they stock some of our favourite red wine.
Always a great experience with this Nisa Store. It contains all of your everyday household goods with it being in a convenient location.
