   Self checkout did not apply discount to my reduced item, old male worker came to assist, he was very rude and implied that i didn’t have enough money on my card to pay and that I couldn’t do simple maths. Ended up having to put the reduced item through separately and was made to feel like a nuisance. Edited to add- just used self checkout again and found the charge is 80p more than it should have been, so clearly it’s not a one off issue.

   Decent store, but unfortunately always has an extremely persistent homeless woman (sometimes a man) sat right outside it's doors. I'm not being cruel and suggesting that homeless folk should be moved on, (I have given food to this lady several times), but please can the staff ask them to tone it down a notch? I can clearly see that they need help, as they are almost blocking the entrance, so they don't need to verbally assault me on my way in and back out...
