   Just moved into a property that had been empty for some time, and the range was in a very sorry state. Andy said he'd seen worse, but I think he was just being nice! You wouldn't recognise it now, though - it looks like it has just been delivered straight from the showroom. Andy explained carefully what he had done, and gave me pointers as to how I can keep it looking sparkling. He has done a fantastic job, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much.

   Our oven was cleaned yesterday by Andy. The oven looks like new again and the whole service was excellent from start to finish. Andy was responsive and helpful from the beginning, price great, friendly and professional throughout. We had a bad experience from a previous oven cleaner -.damaged the oven seal and scratched new sink - so was sceptical if we would have the same experience. Andy has restored our confidence and we will definitely use him again. He even fitted a new seal without charging us extra Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great job by a lovely person for a competitive price.

   Had Andy across to see if he could remedy a wicking stain on a month old wool Berber carpet after it hadn’t dried properly from a water spillage. We’d tried some online DIY recommendations but it wasn’t working! Andy was so genuine that he suggested that because he couldn’t confirm the outcome due to the type of stain and carpet that he could try a lot of options but as he wasn’t certain it would work, he didn’t want to encourage us as it would be his (reasonable) call out fee as a minimum cost. We opted to go for it and see what he could do - if anything it would at least remove the evidence of DIY remedies! After a various treatments suitable for wool carpets and work on the area the stain is as good as gone - such that we’ve asked guests to identify where it was in the lounge without success! What a relief. Not often you get such a genuine person that doesn’t want to just take the chance to take your money. Our ovens are about ready for a clean so will be getting Andy back to do them for sure and wouldn’t use any other company for our carpet needs! Thanks again. (photos show stain, after DIY - lots of dried in bicarb and now after Andy’s work! - Dog approves)
