   I need to leave a review following my hen party bottomless brunch on Saturday 29th Sept, we were a huge party of 17 and the service was impeccable. Joea couldn’t do enough for us, we had more than enough drinks being served to us and when i booked i was told that table service wouldn’t be possible due to our group size (completely understood) but Joea going absolutely above and beyond for us absolutely made the experience. Callum was also great, we returned to revs that night because we had such a great time in the day and he entertained us with drinking games and just kept the vibes up. A blonde lady who’s name I didn’t get, but who i think may have been a manager was also super helpful. THANK YOU! I would give you more than 5 stars if i could, keep doing what you’re doing!

   Cancelled booking day prior due to ‘table no longer available’ with no apology or other explanation!!!!! Booked over a month in advance too Booked a table 2 months prior for 6 people for Sat 3rd Dec. The day before the booking, I received a blunt email from someone called Abby saying that the table was cancelled due to ‘no longer being available’.. no other information and no apology! I couldn’t get through on the phone so emailed back expressing our disappointment and asking for more info. This was for a special occasion, we were travelling to Liverpool and not familiar with the city. You can only imagine the chaos of trying to book a table for 6 people in December with one days notice! I finally received an email response from Abby a few days later (still very blunt) and confirming that it was because there was no deposit attached to the booking. We had never been asked or given the chance to pay a deposit, we would have paid it!!!! Why not ring us to check before just cancelling it the day prior? I responded this and she provided a whole other host of excuses ranging from their booking system being faulty, IT error, sales manager departing the business and then last but not least, offered us a round of shots on our next visit!!!! Never heard anything like it. Shocking customer service! Don’t book unless you’re willing to risk being left without a table the day before.

   Came for bottomless brunch and the drinks and food was lovely however service was pretty slow. 20 + minutes between drinks. The staff was lovely and accommodating however could tell they was under staffed and there was a lack of communication between them but they did their best considering the circumstances. Imogen in particular is such a lovely girl and tries her best to provide the best service!! Would come again for her alone

   Came here for our Christmas meal, the food was horrendous and the portion was minuscule, there was a quarter of a pepper served as a main, and with regards to the turkey it was extremely dry, the carrots and potatoes were raw and the gravy was watered down. The menu sounded nice but don’t be fooled! We came as a party of 28 and were planning on coming back for our end of year awards night, after this experience we will definitely not be returning. These pictures were taken BEFORE any food was eaten.
