Purchased something that wasn’t suitable for my daughter’s buggy so my mum took it back and the manager was extremely rude and has no customer service skills at all absolutely disgusting will not be getting anything from there ever again!!!
Great experience, a bit like Toy Shops used to be. Ryan and his team went the extra mile.
Now my daughters favourite toy shop well stocked and have some great discounts on at the moment. Will be back soon
This is probably the best toy shop in Sheffield. It's not overloaded with the expensive products like Smyths or any big warehouse toy shop its well stocked and really well presented with a great range of products.

Tried to spend my money here and there was no one around to take it! Got a baby on the way so needed to buy everything that day to get it all done with and ticket off the list, the staff was more bothered about messing around at the tills, very disappointed and do not recommend to anyone, go to Smyths
Welcoming, bright, cheerful, very well laid out. Also sell prams and car seat s. Reasonable prices.
Relatively new toy shop. Seems to have a reasonable, but not massive range of products. Prices seem decent.
