   Paid a visit here today and what a shop. I needed a new gauge for my ear while in York and this place didn't disappoint. The staff were very friendly and helped me with purchasing the one I wanted. They went above an beyond due to the one I wanted wasn't available in my size so they kindly went through others to find the size I need. This was also while they're cleaning and looking after other customers. I'll definitely be back for some more when I come back to York.

   Went in looking for a navel piercing but was told I’m too fat for one, was expecting a no because I have scar tissue from an old was but was shocked when I was told I’m a chubby girl and too fat for one (size 8/10 in the uk). Will not be going back after for any other piercings in the future. Wasn’t by the piercer herself but by the front desk man

   Great shop!! Been coming here for years for accessories and clothes, and just today got my septum piercing finally done. The piercer, Jode, is ever so friendly and welcoming and is great to have a chat with. She was ever so patient with me and my fear of needles and constantly reassured me and gave me good tips on how to keep it clean and safe. She seemed very thorough with her anatomy and sweet spot check and was real quick with the piercing. If you want a piercer that feels more like a friend than some bossy professional , go to Classix!! The clothes there are great quality too, got some nice bits and pieces, shoes (for brands like demonia) are cheap / affordable and are absolute deals. Owner and his son are ever so friendly too and are always very welcoming and kind.

   I've had a few piercings done at classix with Jodie and she's been my favourite piercer by far! Very welcoming shop and she definitely makes you feel so relaxed with your experience, I genuinely couldn't recommend someone any more! I can't wait for our next piece Jodie thank you so much:D xxx

   Gave me jewellery 4 sizes too big for my stretched ears so now I’ve had a blow out and having to start the stretching process from scratch once healed. Wouldn’t recommend for piercing advice

   This is my second piercing by Gee. I can't recommend her enough. I went in to get my daith jewellery changed and had decided that morning to get another piercing. Luckily Gee managed to fit me in. I went equipped with my full sugar fizzy drink because even after many piercings I sometimes get myself worked up! But I haven't needed it either time. She has made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Spoke me through what she was doing at every step. I knew what to expect with the last piercing so we just had a chat about that before we went ahead, which I think is important because sometimes people forget that getting it done is only the start! All in all I wouldn't go anywhere else now to get holes in my body! I already have my next one planned!! I'd also like to mention the owner and his son. I have been going for years to get my hair dye. I have never been given anything but a warm welcome by both. A lovely chat everytime I go in and helpful advice.

   Had two piercings done here with a 3 year gap in-between each one. I've always popped in and had a look over the years when coming home from uni, I've seen some comments about the owner in other reviews I've personally never had a problem and he's always been very friendly. Their current piercer is very good and methodical, the piercing area is spotless and feels very safe!
