I went in to co-op 3 days ago I showed my ID for scratch card and the staff member checked my ID then she said I looked like a criminal not happy about this do something about this co-op and the staff member was rude to me also so 1 star I won't be shopping in co-op again
Friendly staff regardless of problems, I overheard they were having some issues (can't remember what) but regardless, when I asked for help finding something I was helped, and upon checkout, a friendly quick chat.
The store was well stocked with everyday essentials. It's slightly more expensive than the local supermarket but that's to be expected. Staff were friendly and helpful.
ABSOLUTLEY BAD! man just wanted a packet of walkers max jalapeno AND THEY DIDNT HAVE IT IN STOCK! outrageous if you ask me. It is supposed to be a convenience store and I don't find it very convenient to search hours upon end looking for the pengest munch on amazon.co.uk! it is a 1star from me (famous youtuber bennytoyz - toyz reviews gaming and more) AND you better have my beloved walkers max Jalapeno crisps next time i come THE CO OPRATIVE STORE!!!!!
Not so convenient store!! When walking my dog and wanting a loaf of bread, is TOO MUCH trouble to have a rail to tie my dog up? We are expected to use a lamppost a distance from the entrance - What a total lack of respect for customers!! Why can’t they be PROACTIVE and just put one up? (Two preferably). Some staff would benefit from customer service training! Previous post: Worst head office customer services I’ve contacted for a long time - absolutely useless) Watch out for pricing & check your receipt!!! - Meals listed as 2 for £4 being charged individually. Also all my points added on their website (I don’t carry the card) have been rejected apparently, even though added well before the 14 day deadline!!! Unhappy bunny here :(
There is no car parking at this site although there is 3 car parks within walking distance. The staff are polight helpful and cheerful. Ìts a well stocked convenience store well used by OAPS and parents on the school run.
Nice staff. Good Wine. Need to get the tills looked at though they invariably have a problem with ringing things through twice by 'accident' therefore accidentally overcharging you
These people don't act right, down south where I am we have professional etiquette. When someone greets you're supposed to swear at them. This co-op however actually greets you nicely. It makes me sick.
