i went to get some earrings and ended up getting my ears pierced! jess the assistant manager helped me out and she was so nice, explained the whole process perfectly.
Very bad customer service. Bought earring and instantly regretted when walked out of the store, they were cheap looking for the price, walked back in literally a few minutes later and they refused to exchange (which they didn’t inform me when I was buying of course). Bad quality, bad service and premium price. Never again.
Went in for a refund for an item I bought 4 days prior; I wasn’t given a receipt when I first bought the item and was told even though I had the labels still on the item and proof of purchase that I wasn’t allowed a refund. The worker was very unhelpful and rude making comments to what appears to be her manager making me uncomfortable in the store. I was only able to get store credit but judging by this experience I’m not going back.
Amazing service by 2 lovely girls today one was the manager and amazing supervisor supported my little girl in getting her first ear piercing. They made the whole experience really easy for us going through the board and explained all the different styles to us. They helped us with any questions we had and my little girl was so excited when she saw them in the mirror. She walked around town all day with a huge smile and even came back and thanked the manager. 10/10 service would definitely recommend, very clean store.we went with the crystal daisy earrings with a rapid solution.
quite expensive for the quality, jewellery turns green. came last weekend and one lady was quite rude-the one with a tattoo on her arm

Unprofessional and rude cashier, insisted that the total price was right, despite that one item (Christmas headband) had -75% discount and I asked her twice if she is sure about the price. I paid, then asked another member of staff who accepted that the item was indeed in discount, while the first cashier just smiled ironically without apologising. I returned all the items, because of this disrespectful behaviour to a customer. You can find cheap accessories everywhere with better customer service.
My daughter drags me in here all the time, I can't say I like it very much but she seems to think it sells good stuff so I won't be as harsh as I would be if it was just me visiting. It's not cheap though and always feels very claustrophobic. The whole Liz Truss thing has tarnished their reputation for me a bit too now if I'm honest.
