   Went this morning after checking online to make sure it was open which it stated that it was. The doors were locked but no signs to say it wasn’t open. Staff member inside looked at me and the other customers waiting and just walked off so went elsewhere. After returning to my car around 10 mins later I noticed a group of around 5 people still stood waiting… glad I went elsewhere.

   This store has a good selection of toiletries and clothes as well as a small freezer section. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. But I will say parking is a bit tight and watch put for tire shattering potholes

   Whilst this is a nice store with a good range, what's off putting is Poundland seems to have now given headsets to staff which I assume are supposed to be used when they need assistance, staff here spend most of their time including when serving customers chatting to each other on them, been a few times and this has happened every time at the checkout.

   Every town needs a Poundland, as today, high street prices have gone through the roof. This store follows the trend of all the other stores bearing the name. Plenty of choice on a wide range of goods, make it almost impossible to come away without making a purchase for anyone. Not everything is a pound, but everything is relatively inexpensive. So if you've not visited before, do yourself a favour and stop by.

1. James Bond ★☆☆☆☆

   Good prices but Denise was extremely rude just because we were children trying to buy sweets. Denise then proceeded to shout at us for apparently using our hands to grab the pick and mix, which we were using the tools provided. I turned around to see what she was doing and she was aggressively staring at us peering over the top of the shelf. This left all 3 of us uncomfortable. This is the second time it has happened to us and we aren’t happy.
