Had such a positive experience shopping for a fragrance as a gift. Jane was super helpful and nothing was too much of an ask ! She made the whole experience a lot less stressful and helped me find the perfect fragrance :))
I bought a men's shaving brush from here. 2 weeks later bristles came loose, 3 days later bristles came detached from the wood handle. This was the worst shaving brush that I have ever brought.
Had a very positive experience at Superdrug Chesterfield today. I wanted to try perfumes and Juliette was excellent with extensive knowledge of perfumes. Nothing was too much trouble I tried many different EDPs and learned of ''perfume pods'' which is a great idea Superdrug! Ive taken one to try at leisure before a possible purchase. I've used many Perfume Counters in Stores but this was one of the best experiences. Juliiette was a lovely lady...
Not good experience. I paid for a product and still and I usually don’t Take receipts. But I showed them the bank account from which I paid and was still stopped and told me to wait as They are going to check the cameras. I felt it was because of my colour and ethinicity.
I want to shoutout thanks out thanks to Leia (sorry if I spelt it wrong) who helped me trial and error my way through finding makeup that worked for me and finding all the things I need. She was super friendly and helpful and I’m so glad cos I needed help.

Orriginall classic chain that's bin around a lot of years. Service 5/5 staff was very friendly a understanding. Always looking to help. Products: 5/5 Superdrug always has plenty of products for all of beauty needs. They stock plenty of different brands to ensure variety. Layout: Very stylish and fitting to what they sell.

Super drug very helpful staff and friendly staff if you can't find anyone just ask ask at till and someone comes within seconds even if they are on a break and every body working deserves a break but not many will help someone on there's I've worked at places where they have said even management I'm on my break they will need to come back so 5 stars to super drug xxx
