I had came into the shop and asked the Lady called Jean about a certain bottle of wine for my mum. They didn’t have it in shop so she looked in the back and was brilliant in her service. Would recommend this staff member she was willing to help and had really good manners. An asset to the team.
Brandon was marvellous, advised us on what they had in stock and didn't, made us feel valued and actually had a good laugh with us while we were were buying. Excellent customer service and fantastic guy all around.
This is normally a great convenience shop, and the younger staff are all always really friendly and helpful. The old woman with short grey hair needs sacking, however. Every single time I walk in the shop she has a face like thunder, and is incredibly rude to everyone. She asks inappropriate questions about people's purchases, like it has anything to do with her? And stands muttering rude comments about people under her breath. She is always very rude and angry towards me when I go in to top up my meters. She clearly needs further training as she is always very flustered over how to complete the transaction that seems simple when other staff do it for her. As a result she has very passive aggressive behavior and should not be working in customer service! Get rid of her and it will be a much better place for customers.
rudest staff i’ve ever come across in my life. Wouldn’t recommend spending your money here. So unprofessional they clearly don’t like working there, they should be replaced. won’t be spending money here again
This place is a great little community shop. 24 hours, so useful. Don't take much notice of complaints - the staff respond to you in kind, always have a wee chat, ask how you are etc. I'd much prefer to give a 1 star for (rare) some customers who I've witnessed being rude to staff, coming in drunk, not wearing masks...staff are great, all deserve a medal for their shift work & key working during lockdown!!
Terribly rude staff. The old bat with the short blonde hair at the till giving me lip because I didn't drag the 10kg bag of coal inside for her to scan. This was despite her having a sheet with the prices and barcodes next to her. Lazy.
Friendly and helpful staff, a good range of products, and plenty of parking, are the positive points. A bit pricier than the supermarkets but then that's what you'd expect. Not always open 24 hours as claimed, but pretty much open at any reasonable hour. All in all, a pretty decent convenience store.
